When Earth founder/guitarist Dylan Carlson was on the Dreams of Consciousness podcast back in 2019, he mentioned that he was the subject of a documentary. That film, Even Hell has its Heroes, is now complete, and premiering around the world in various film festivals.
As a companion episode to my interview with the film's director, Clyde Petersen, I reached out to Dylan to get his thoughts on the completed film, and how the band approached creating its score. We also discussed the way the music industry is changing, and what the future may hold for Earth.
My thanks again to Dylan for speaking with me, and to you for listening.
